So how do we apply pressure to the politicians to increase demand?  Solar Rally in the streets?  I made several calls today to try and get a feel for where the PA market is heading, and most are very pessimistic without new legislation.</description>

		<description>Yuri, a very responsible outlook.  I, too, worry, that developers sell a story of increasing future SREC values when that is the expectation of very few people. 

It is sometimes useful to talk about the fact that you will always need to be outcompeting *new* systems in that future year.  With solar system costs declining precipitiously, the amount that new system developers and owners are willing to take for their SRECs will decline as well.  In my opnion, that factor will significantly outweigh the relatively modest increases in demand, which have to be considered against the global availability of PV.</description>
