Take-out Financing

Many of the investors we represent prefer take-out financing (in which the investor buys the entire renewable energy project for a negotiated sum) as it is one of the most efficient, streamlined ways of financing a renewable energy project. These vetted, qualified financiers have experience investing in solar in the U.S., and have capital committed to deploy in solar projects. All take-out investors have demonstrated their ability to monetize tax benefits of solar projects.

The Sol Systems team also finds take-out financing for renewable energy projects that are more difficult to finance, such as smaller projects or those with less credit-worthy offtakers.
