A One-time Lump-sum SREC Payment to Help Finance Your System

Sol Upfront provides customers with immediate financing for their solar energy systems. With the upfront payment option, Sol Systems will buy 10 or 20 years of SRECs upon completion of regulatory approval for a system. The prepaid sale of 10 or 20 years of SRECs eliminates all market risk associated with volatile SREC markets and provides customers with upfront solar financing to offset installation costs, much like a solar rebate.

Customers will receive the lump-sum payment within ten business days of the system’s approval as installed, registered, and certified as a renewable energy generator.
